Return & Refund Policy

01About this policy

Voyara Setu provides services, not physical products, so there is nothing to physically return. This policy explains when you can cancel a service and when you are entitled to a refund. It applies to our Digital Marketing services and our Recruitment Lead Partner programmes, unless your signed agreement or proposal says otherwise — in which case your agreement takes priority.

02Advertising spend

Money spent on advertising platforms such as Google, Meta and YouTube is paid to those platforms and cannot be recovered once it has been spent, so it is not refundable. If you have paid us an advertising budget in advance and part of it remains unspent when the service ends, we will refund the unspent amount.

03Service and management fees

• Monthly management fees are billed in advance for each service month.
• You can cancel at any time by giving us 15 days’ written notice by email before your next billing date. The service continues until the end of the paid month.
• Once work for a month has started, the fee for that month is not refundable.

04Cancelling before work begins

If you cancel within 7 days of your payment and before we have started onboarding or campaign work, we will refund the full amount, minus any payment gateway or bank charges.

05One-time projects

One-time work — such as campaign setup, landing pages or an SEO audit — is not refundable once it has been delivered. If we are unable to deliver part of the agreed scope, we will refund the portion of the fee that relates to the undelivered work.

06Recruitment Lead Partner programmes

• What counts as a valid lead or candidate is defined in your agreement.
• If a lead is invalid — a duplicate, an unreachable or incorrect phone number, an obviously false entry, or clearly outside the criteria agreed with you — report it to us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it at no extra cost.
• Invalid leads are replaced rather than refunded in cash.
• Projected lead volumes are estimates, not guarantees, unless a guaranteed volume is stated in writing in your agreement.

07Results

Advertising and recruitment outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including market demand, competition and platform policies. We do not offer refunds based on campaign performance unless a specific result is guaranteed in writing in your agreement.

08How to request a refund or cancellation

Email ceo@voyarasetu.com with your name, company, invoice number and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 3 working days. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

09Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
